With 33 peaks over 5,500 meters (18,045 feet), the Cordillera Blanca is a paradise for even the most experienced alpinist. Our expert guides have decades of experience working in the region—meaning you will have the highest quality trip possible.
All of these peaks require previous mountain experience and are a serious undertaking. If you’re not sure if you qualify, contact us for a free consultation and we will help determine your eligibility for these expeditions.
Our suggested itinerary can include a summit of Artesonraju, 6,025 meters (19,765 feet), Ranrapalca, 6,162 meters (20,215 feet) and/or Cayesh, 5,719 meters (18,760) feet - three of the most impressive peaks in the Cordillera Blanca.
The ultimate challenge, Cayesh has a reputation as the most difficult mountain to climb in South America. This suggested itinerary is completely customisable; peaks can be added or removed.
"Project Cordillera are a breath of fresh air on the Blanca and Huayhuash scene. With interesting itineraries amidst some of the finest scenery the Andes has to offer, their sustainable trips which help support local Andean communities are highly recommended."
